This is a nice and uncluttered layout. Much better and appealing than the other one. However, I still would have to say it's very CSS-like.
I do wish there was a bit more interactivity other than just buttons. That is just me and it's a design choice.
The only real feedback I can give you is to put your swf on a page or something. Just so your site is not resizing all over the place and only where you want.
