Interactive Design 2 – Project 2

Kodak Easy Share – Creative Brief
Kodak is one of the oldest and most established global brands. It is also one of the most focused, having consistently tried to give a great service to its consumers since George Eastman started the business in 1888.

Mission
The main purpose of the interactive interface/event is to strengthen Kodak as a digital brand because consumers have not embraced Kodak as a digital brand because it lacks a cohesive promise that the customer understands or cares about. The second purpose of the interface/event is also to promote Kodak Easyshare Gallery, Kodak Moment and Kodak products.

Description
The interface would be install to accompany a pop-up event sponsored by Kodak that would take off at a closed environment resort area at Hapuna Beach, Hawaii. The event itself is a large frames installation that would function as a framing device of beautiful views in a particular place. The interface would function as an aid to promote the user easiness and user-friendliness of Kodak Easyshare.
For instance, at the event user would be able to take pictures with camera provided. As the user takes picture or movie, the digital files would automatically be transfer to a paired device(s) and display frames that are installed throughout the event.

Revised Creative Brief for project 1

For this assignment I would like to develop Barack Obama’s online presence for his America’s energy and environment plan. I think this is a very important issue to deal with because of our dependency for un-sustainable source of energy. This online presence would help Obama to gain more sympathy, volunteer, and help for his presidential campaign.

The target audience for this website is mainly for people who are interested in change in America’s policy about the energy and environmental issues. Targeted mainly to non-environmentalist audience who want to make the world they live in a better place. These people range from an 20 year old to 28 people. It will also help people who know nothing about environmental issue understand the subject better by providing user friendly website. There would find some fact about what Obama had contributed in dealing with the issue while he was a senator.

The whole design and feel would most likely be coherent with Barack Obama’s official website; using their main branding system but implementing more refreshing color. On the website, the viewer would be able to see Obama’s environment plan divided by subcategories; land, water, air, and energy. The site would also include a couple of footage of Obama’s interview about his plan.
